She/Her
My aim as a psychotherapist is to walk with you on the path of challenge, building connection to your most authentic self and developing resourcing along the way. I offer a caring and nonjudgmental space to explore all parts of the self, connecting to needs, boundaries, and self-worth. In our work together, we will identify internal dialogue, self-narrative, and strengths in order to fortify your connection to yourself and to others. I am a mindfulness-based psychotherapist, specializing in self-esteem, anxiety, depression, life-transition, trauma, and grief in young adults and adults. My practice is informed by Gestalt, Internal Family Systems, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Nonviolent Communication, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other empirically-based modalities held in a trauma-informed framework.
