Ari Levine, MFA

Marketing Assistant & Lead Trainer

(They/Them)

Queer, Neurodivergent, Educator, Artist, & Counseling Student

As a former K-12 educator, turned counseling student, Ari is passionate about supporting individuals in investigating their truths and living a meaningful and authentic life. Prior to beginning an MA in Counseling Psychology at the University of Denver, they worked as an educator who fostered an environment where students were seen, honored, and encouraged to explore themselves. During that time, Ari was not just a teacher, but a mentor, advocate, support structure, queer elder, parent educator, DEI curriculum implementor, champion of social-emotional learning, and just a human trying to be the adult they wish they had.

Ari’s lived experiences have made them eager to support trans and gender non-conforming, queer, neurodivergent individuals, and those who exist in nontraditional family structures. Ari brings to the counseling profession a dedication to integrative, eclectic, neurodivergent-affirming, anti-ableist approaches that are strengths-based, person-centered, and that honor intersectionality. They seek to cultivate a practice that subverts traditional power dynamics, celebrates individuals, and actively dismantles white supremacy in the hopes of repairing the harm caused by the historical pathologizing of marginalized individuals.
