Explore how sleep, movement, nourishment, environment, and lifestyle rhythms can be used as nervous-system interventions that drive long-term healing.

low and medium-need Autistic and ADHD clients, ages 13+, who are finding nervous system safety from CPTSD with moderate levels of stability and support.

Logistics
Starting in March, this program will be held every other week from 9 am - 1 pm MT for 3.5 hours of instructional content (there will be two 15-minute scheduled breaks).
