Description
I offer assessments and therapy through a collaborative and trauma-responsive process that validates your lived experience. Clients who do assessments with me describe feeling heard and understood, and say they leave with a greater sense of their strengths as well as support for their challenges. In therapy, I offer approaches like EMDR, parts work (IFS), creative arts, sandtray, and mindful somatic techniques to support your deep healing and growth through a gentle and caring process.
