I am a health and rehabilitation psychologist who specializes in supporting disabled and chronically ill adults. I help patients with a range of things including improving sleep, managing healthcare, identifying and accessing accommodations, dealing with medical trauma, and coping with a myriad of mental health issues. I specialize in supporting patients at the intersection of neurodivergence and chronic illness/disability.
