Description

I help neurodivergent, gifted clients navigate chronic pain and trauma. I create movement spaces and environments where clients feel safe and seen and can explore their varied sensory experiences and find healing in ways that work for them. Fascia-focused movement classes, 1:1 sessions. Authentic Movement, Continuum-based explorations, MELT Instructor, Master Movement Educator, and Therapist with ISMETA
