Description
I provide telehealth individual talk therapy for queer and neurodivergent individuals. I specialize in assisting people navigating understanding late realized neurodivergence and unmasking. Additionally, I work with navigating mood disorders, attachment issues, trauma and life transitions. I use a individualized relational approach that focuses on the individual needs of every client using narrative therapy and somatic techniques.
