I specialize in therapy for neurologically diverse adults who are navigating a world that does not fully understand differences in sensory processing and cognitive style. I use EMDR for processing trauma as well as to address a variety of issues impacting daily life, such as: mood disorders, anxiety, phobias, low self-esteem, negative self-talk, chronic pain, prolonged grief, etc. I also often integrate EMDR with other modalities such as IFS and ACT to meet specific individual needs.
