My focus is supporting you in improving your quality of life, no matter where you stand. I'll help you sort through confusions, be curious about your experience, offer you tools and shared experiences that hopefully help you readjust.
I believe that a part of you knows what you need already and I want to help you find it by offering an authentic relationship experience in which you can experience support, appreciation and also pracitice healthy conflict resolution if needed.
I know how it is to be the weirdo, how it is to not know how to go on and how it is to see pitch black. I found a way through so far, and I'd be happy to try and shine a little light or sit in the dark with you.
To me it's also important to adapt to your communication needs as far as possible. Whether you need a face and a voice, want to sing together or prefer to type or send memes - I got you.
