Description
My areas of specialty include providing trauma-informed psychotherapy to queer, neurodivergent folks who have experienced trauma. I also enjoy working with folks with chronic illness and folks who are COVID cautious. My lived experience is as a queer, ADHDer who is COVID cautious and is living with an energy limiting illness (long COVID). I am a somatic experiencing practitioner and utilize somatic practices in my psychotherapy practice.
