I’m a counselor and yoga teacher devoted to guiding queer, trans, and neurodivergent folks toward their most authentic self-expression. My work in this life is to support the remembering of our truest selves.
I’m not here to fix you - you’re already whole. I am here to help you return to that wholeness, heal the trauma stored in your body, and loosen the grip of patterns that once protected you but no longer serve you.
Together, we’ll create space for your freedom, aliveness, and most authentic expression to emerge.
