Description
My therapist mantras are “baby steps” and “you gotta feel it to heal it.”
These statements guide our work together, and I further steady myself in these truths: your story, voice, and wisdom matter.
What never gets old for me is exploring what healing looks like on your terms, and seeing what happens when you reconnect with + embody your truest self.
My work is rooted in mindfulness, intention, and co-creating a space that feels settled, yet expansive; a space that you can safely challenge old patterns, live within your values, and care for the version of yourself that no longer has to just survive.
⸻
I show up to this work with respect for your lived experience, while gently naming the systemic + cultural forces that shape our lives.
My approach is decolonial + neurodivergent-affirming; I support you to reach radical acceptance, embodiment, and sustainability—in a shared space that holds all of who you are.
As a 1.5-generation, neuroqueer, Afro-Latina AuDHDer, I understand how it is navigating a world not built with you in mind.
If this sounds like a good fit, feel free to reach out + connect.
⸻
I am available the following days/times:
Mondays, 1-6pm (in-person/virtual)
Tuesdays, 2-6pm (in-person/virtual)
Wednesdays, 11am/2pm/5pm (virtual)
Thursdays, 9am-2pm (virtual)
Fridays, 1-4pm (in-person/virtual)
⸻
I support folks with executive functioning challenges, neurodivergent burnout, marginalized identities, trauma, grief, and life stressors.
My work centers PoGM, QT2BIPOC, first-/second-generation immigrant, 2SLGBTGEQIAP+, and/or neurodivergent (Autistic, ADHD, OCD, CPTSD, etc.) adults.
Together, we may explore themes such as masking, shame, boundaries, and working with your brain instead of against it.
⸻
My degree: Master of Education in Counselor Education (Clinical Mental Health Counseling)
My work: guided by liberatory and anti-oppressive principles, with an ongoing commitment to challenging systems that marginalize People of the Global Majority.
⸻
I tend a practice space for the work of becoming and re-membering. If you feel called to incorporate intuitive, spiritual, or ancestral practices into our therapeutic work together, feel free to let me know how I can best support you.
⸻
I also write ESA letters, which are available after three sessions; feel free to note your interest on the inquiry form, and we can discuss next steps for evaluation.
⸻
Currently, I am practicing under the clinical supervision of Tiffany Luke, LPC, CPCS, Certified EMDR Therapist, Certified Holistic Therapist, Level II IFS-Trained, TCYM, CYT-300.
⸻
Rarely, if ever, are any of us healed in isolation. Healing is an act of communion.
