We specialize in working with adults navigating ADHD, trauma, identity, and relationships, offering individual and couples therapy, affirming assessments, and community support. Our name reflects our mission: to plant seeds of hope, healing, and authenticity—trusting that with the right conditions, people can grow in their own time and way.
