I am a neurodivergent nature based therapist located in Boulder, CO. I specialize in supporting neurodivergent clients (ADHDers & Autistic folx, and Highly Sensitive People) through a strengths-based approach rooted in curiosity and creativity. I work with individuals navigating major life transitions, processing trauma, grappling with grief and loss, or longing to understand their emotions and body sensations. I utilize EMDR, mindfulness, nature based therapy, and somatic therapy. I meet with clients at my office in Boulder, outside at parks or trailheads, and virtually.
