I provide trauma-informed, affirming relational therapy. I specialize in supporting those navigating chronic illness and have extensive training in trauma-focused therapies. I also have training in psychoanalytic therapy, brain spotting and ACT. I aim to have a curious, gentle and warm approach to supporting my clients.
