Description
High-masking and late-identified Autistic and ADHD adults and couples who, generally:
Are curious about various aspects of their identity (e.g. neurodivergence, queerness, gender)
Were gifted kids with unidentified support needs and have grown into high-achieving perfectionists and/or burned out adults
Are interested in processing their life and various events within the context of their neurodivergence
Have experienced childhood trauma due to having one or more unidentified Autistic and/or ADHD parents
Are in a mixed-neurotype relationship and have a desire to explore new ways to communicate and strengthen their relationship
Are parents of Autistic and ADHD children who are now exploring whether they might be Autistic and/or ADHD, too
Are deeply feeling and thinking people who have spent their lives trying to make themselves smaller because of how often they were told they were “too much”
