Description

I train and mentor and hold space for reflective practice—especially for coaches, facilitators, and workplace professionals committed to creating neuro-affirming environments. As the founder of Coaching Neurodiversity at Work, I developed and lead a 14-week certificate course offered through the University of British Columbia that centers neurodivergent lived experience, justice-oriented coaching, and inclusive leadership development.

My work supports certified coaches, HR professionals, disability inclusion specialists, and educators who are seeking to deepen their ethical practice and better serve neurodivergent adults in workplace and coaching contexts. Through mentorship, group supervision, and one-on-one reflective practice sessions, I create a space where professionals can question norms, grow their capacity for presence and cultural humility, and integrate the principles of Universal Design, Transformative Learning, and the Integrated Coaching Framework for Neuro-affirmative Practice (ICF-N).

I am credentialed through the International Coaching Federation (PCC), the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (ESIA/EIA), and hold a Master’s in Adult Education with a focus on distance and transformative learning. My approach is strengths-based, trauma-informed, and grounded in both critical theory and lived experience.

Whether you’re navigating masking and burnout, supporting disclosure in workplace settings, or simply seeking to “do no harm” while doing good—my offerings are designed to meet you where you are and grow alongside your evolving practice. I welcome practitioners at any stage of their learning journey, especially those who are neurodivergent, late-discovered, or exploring their own relationship to cognitive difference.

Services are available virtually and include:

Mentor coaching and supervision for ICF credentialing

Reflective practice for coaches, facilitators, and leaders

Cohort-based learning circles and workshops

Custom training and consultation for organizations

Let’s create a coaching culture where neurodivergence is not just accommodated, but valued.
