Description
As a therapist diagnosed with Autism and ADHD later in life, I am committed to providing affirming support to autistic and ADHD individuals across the lifespan, including children, teens, and adults. My specialties include addressing anxiety, trauma, and perinatal mental health. I conduct comprehensive, neurodiversity-affirming evaluations for ADHD and Autism, with particular expertise in diagnosing girls and women. My therapeutic approaches, which include EMDR Therapy, Play Therapy, Sandtray Therapy, DBT, CBT, and Interoceptive Awareness Training, are adapted to celebrate and affirm neurodiverse identities and experiences.
