Description
I work regularly with people experiencing anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. I also have specialized training and experience working with people who are neurodivergent and with college students.
I also provide diagnostic assessments for autism and ADHD, and provide education, resources, skills, and strategies for navigating the challenges and embracing the strengths of neurodivergence.
I work from a humanistic perspective, meaning I meet you where you are with empathy and respect for practical obstacles you may be facing. For therapy, I employ cognitive-behavioral, solution-focused, interpersonal, and psychodynamic interventions, tailoring the interventions to your needs.
