Hayden (they/them) seeks to create a supportive, therapeutic relationship where clients can truly collaborate on their care. Hayden recognizes how oppression (systemic and internalized) plays a large role in a client’s ability to thrive. They believe clients deserve more expansive mental healthcare options that center anti-carceral and liberatory practices, including honoring a client’s autonomy, expertise in themselves, and capacity for healing in community. Hayden is especially passionate about providing trans, queer, sex positive, disability/chronic illness, and neurodivergent affirming care to teens and adults.

Hayden uses a variety of therapeutic modalities in their practice to best meet their clients where they are, including parts work, narrative therapy, and other trauma-informed, strengths-based approaches. They are not afraid to get creative with finding or adapting resources, skills, and tools that work for each individual client both in and out of session!
