Description
As a Licensed Therapist, I view therapy as an essential part of whole-person health. Just as we turn to a physician for physical concerns, therapy offers a way to address emotional patterns, limiting beliefs, and life challenges that may be keeping you stuck. My goal isn’t to “fix” you — it's to provide a safe, collaborative space where you can show up as your full self. Together, we’ll explore difficult topics, process internal and external conflicts, and uncover new perspectives and strategies to help you move forward.
I see you as the expert of your own life. My role is to walk alongside you — offering support, insight, and tools that align with your unique needs and goals. The process may not always be easy. Therapy often asks us to sit with discomfort, wrestle with big questions, and unearth old wounds. But I believe meaningful change takes time, courage, and commitment. And the work we do together can lay the foundation for growth, healing, and resilience far beyond the therapy room.
I provide neuro-affirming care and bring my own lived experience as a neurodivergent individual into the room. I work with both teens and adults, and I’m trauma-informed with a deep respect for each person’s pace and process. My areas of focus include eating disorders, trauma, anxiety, relationship concerns, high-performing individuals and athletes, couples work, and more.
I take an integrative approach, drawing from a variety of evidence-based modalities to tailor therapy to your specific needs. These include Somatic Experiencing (SE), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), psychodynamic theory, attachment work, narrative therapy, and expressive arts techniques.
