Description
Online therapy for high masking, late identified neurodivergent adults in Colorado who are struggling with chronic self-criticism and shame, and who want to make peace with themselves, strengthen self-trust, and feel grounded & empowered in their identities, as well as create a more sustainable life for themselves. Therapist is trained in Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy and is in the process of getting trained in Brainspotting.
