Description
I work with adults and couples who are Highly Sensitive, ADHD, Autism/PDA (Pathological Demand Avoidance), Anxiety, Low Self Esteem, Depression, inter-racial/multi-cultural issues and relationship conflict. I enjoy serving clients working towards radical acceptance and honoring their own authentic neurodivergent identity. I have a particular interest in supporting late identified Autistics/ADHDers through self discovery. My goal is to support your growth while also holding space for the grief or anxiety that comes from living in a world that is not built for us.
