Description
I offer heart-centered, spiritual, and holistic therapy to support those navigating life/death/rebirth transitions and beyond. Through authentic compassion and informed guidance, I provide individual and relationship therapy to adults who are seeking more awareness, connection with self, and expansion on their healing path. I may be a good fit for you if you are looking for care around grief tending, adjustment and transition into parenthood/birth processing, or the navigation of big life transitions. I also work with complex trauma, those who are exploring gender/sexuality expansion, and sensitive and/or neurodivergent humans.
