Description

The Men’s ADHD Support Group is a nonprofit peer-led community dedicated to supporting men with ADHD and other types of neurodivergence through connection, education, and advocacy. With over 23,000 members globally, we provide free virtual support groups, blogs, donation-based workshops, and resources that focus on neurodiversity-affirming strategies for managing ADHD in daily life. Our mission is to reduce isolation, challenge stigma, and promote personal growth by offering safe, judgment-free spaces where men can share lived experiences, develop executive functioning skills, and build sustainable systems for home, work, and relationships.
