Description
Hi! I'm a 2e therapist specializing in gifted/2e/ND folx around anxiety, stress, self-esteem, and existential concerns. I use a mix of talk therapy, Brainspotting (a brain/body approach that helps to process uncomfortable emotions), and arts options. In working with children I am trained in SPACE (Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions) and am neurodivergent affirming in my approach.
