Description
I work with individuals, relationships, and couples using EFT (Emotionally Focused Therapy) and IFS (Internal Family Systems). I help my clients better understand why they do what they do, and stop unhelpful patterns and behaviors. During our appointments, I will help you better understand yourself so that you can then be more authentic in how you live and love others.
