Hi! My name is Sophia (she/her). I am at Evans Counseling Group at the Cherry Creek location in Denver, CO. My approach to therapy is collaborative, person-centered, and strengths-based. I utilize a trauma-informed approach and I am passionate about fostering an accepting and empowering environment. Within the therapy room, I value flexibility and creativity. My clinical interests include working with anxiety, depression, grief & loss, complex trauma, autism, ADHD and gender & sexuality (LGBTQ+ affirming). I enjoy working with children, teens, and adults.
