I’m passionate about supporting adults, particularly autistic individuals, ADHD’ers, as well as various forms of anxiety, relational challenges, trauma, shame, guilt, anger, low self-esteem, grief, and loneliness. I also enjoy working with men, older clients, gender diverse folx, and BIPOC folx.
