Description

My practice provides affirming, trauma-informed psychotherapy for LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent adolescents and adults, with particular expertise in transgender, nonbinary, and gender-diverse communities. I specialize in gender and sexuality, complex trauma, identity development, anxiety, depression, grief, relationships, polyamory/ENM, and kink. My approach is primarily Psychodynamic and relational, integrating ACT, Narrative Therapy, IFS, attachment-based, and somatic interventions. My practice is LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent-affirming, sex-positive, kink-affirming, culturally responsive, and psychedelic-integrative. I also provide gender-affirming care, including support throughout gender exploration and transition and assessment and documentation for gender-affirming medical care consistent with WPATH Standards of Care.
