I work with adults who struggle in with day to day functioning due to anxiety, trauma, depression, addiction, disordered eating or gender identity. I also specialize in adults with late diagnosed ADHD or Autism, or both. My ideal client seeks a space that respects and embraces their neurodivergent identity while providing tools to cope with life's complexities. I offer therapy in person and remotely, in English, French (native level)
