Description
I offer neurodiversity-affirming therapy with a mentoring and coaching approach, tailored to support ADHD, Autistic and/or Gifted individuals. My focus is on nervous system regulation to address challenges such as self-harm, suicidal thoughts, sensory sensitivities, meltdowns, social difficulties, and focus issues. Through compassionate, evidence-informed techniques, I empower clients to build resilience, manage stress, and thrive in their unique neurodiverse experiences.
