Virtual mental health counselling for individuals 19+ in BC, SK, MB, YT, NT, NU. Coaching for folks anywhere else!
I love supporting people with stress management, executive functioning, self-compassion, communication, boundaries, identity explorations, life transitions, body acceptance, end of life issues, and grief support. I use a mixture of IFS, ACT, Brainspotting, and somatic regulation on a foundation of existentialism and anti-oppressive liberatory psychology.
