Description
One mantra has stayed with me on my path to becoming a therapist and healer: YOU are the expert of your life. I believe healing happens when we honor your lived experience and reconnect with your inner wisdom. I show up with care, curiosity, and a decolonial, neurodivergent-affirming lens to support your growth, self-trust, and embodied healing. As a 1.5-generation, neuroqueer, Afro-Latina ADHDer, I understand how complex it can be to move through a world not designed to hold all of who you are. I offer space for neurodivergent, 2SLGBTQIA+, QTBIPOC, PoGM, and first/second generation immigrant adults to explore, reclaim, and come home to themselves.
