Description
Talia (they/them) approaches therapy from a radical social justice framework, believing that anxiety, depression, and other symptoms often stem from oppressive systems. They are a great match for individuals interested in healing through liberation, affirming that all humans are inherently valuable and worthy of love.
Their therapeutic lens is strengths-based and person-centered, guided by values of social justice, queer and trans-affirming care, disability justice, fat liberation, and neurodivergent-affirming care.
Talia knows that clients are experts in their own lives and encourages them to actively participate in their healing journey. They specialize in supporting queer and/or neurodivergent teens and young adults but also have experience with and enjoy working with individuals of all ages and experiences.
