Description
Neurodivergent-affirming counseling and art therapy for adults and teens who are tired of masking, burnout, and feeling like they don't quite fit. I help people navigate ADHD, executive functioning challenges, anxiety, trauma, and sensory overwhelm through a collaborative blend of art therapy, creative expression, Motivational Interviewing, CBT, and person-centered care. Sessions are available in person in Lakewood and virtually throughout Colorado.
