Description
I support late-diagnosed women & LGBTQ+ individuals, nature-lovers, creatives, gifted, who have experienced complex trauma, relational struggles, grief/loss, and life transitions. I practice through an attachment-based and somatic lens, and integrate parts work, Gestalt, EMDR, and Nature-based modalities.
