I’m a licensed professional counselor with over a decade of experience, I help high-achieving professionals in their 30s and 40s overcome issues stemming from late diagnosed ADHD and low self-esteem, so they can reclaim balance and confidence and step into their full potential with clarity and self-trust.

Through evidence-based approaches including EMDR, DBT, and ADHD-informed strategies, I support clients in building systems that align with how their brains naturally function without masking or trying to "fix" themselves. I also offer EMDR intensives for those seeking a more accelerated and focused healing experience.
